I think I'm about done updating this site

Alright, that'll be it at Tripod I guess. I'll now officially state this website to be dead. All of it's sections and stuff though will live on at my college space, here. Go there for further updates about CVQS or anything going on personally with me. It will more than most likely have much more content and free stuff than Tripod could ever hope to give me, plus it'll be faster and without banners. August 16th or so is when I move in, so stay tuned when that happens.

I am the meaning of life

As stated on this webpage, under question 6.

In other great great news, you can now view my ENTIRE QUOTES VERSION 2 FILE HERE!!! Note that this is the link to all of the hilarious sayings I've saved up until May 20th of this year (due to the old file being too large). It contains lots of VQ quotes as well! I garuntee it'll be the funniest thing you've seen in a long time!

Creative finally fixes all my sound card problems

Well I got this Audigy 1 for xmas, thinking it'd make a revolutionary difference. It didn't. Mostly it was the software that came with it (to change my bass/equalizer controls) that made it better. Around May, Creative released a new set of beta drivers, which I tried out and I loved, cause while they broke winamp's 24-bit sound quality option, they allowed Foobar (another mp3 player) to use hardware mixing, something I should've had to begin with. This way the cpu doesn't have to process any sound files, the sound card does it. Unfortunately Foobar is a quality sound player, and for it not to eat up priority threads, I have to set it's quality low (still better than winamp's though). With Creative's latest drivers, everything is fixed. Winamp can use 24-bit sound quality AND hardware mixing, and Foobar can still do hardware mixing, along with insane quality settings with, so far, no cpu usage! I can crank the quality all the way up to 64-bit, 96,000hz and it probably won't strain anything. (Mp3's usually play at 16-bit 44,000hz)

Delicious.

Finally, the future of CVQS is clearer

Alright, so as we all know, this site is going nowhere. I've claimed I'd keep it up in august when I move into Purdue, well that's not entirely false. As of last night, I officially am a student at Purdue, and thus.. finally have access to 500 megabytes of their web space. Their server also is built with every script (CGI, Perl, PHP, ASP?), which is already tons better than Tripod, but in additioin purdue's server obviously has no banner as well.

What the plan will be is this: I've tried starting on a separate website, but haven't gotten far. This probably won't change and it'll still be a while before anything gets put up at the purdue site. So until I have a full working site at purdue, I don't think this site is going anywhere. But when it does, I'll probably close it on tripod and move everything to my purdue space as a serparate website to immortalize it forever.

Yummy

Well it seems that www.blogger.com upgraded their blog posting system and it looks 10 times cooler than before. For those of you that don't get the connection, I use blogger.com to post my news (what I'm typing right now) so I can allow other people (Dager) to also post news.

In the VQ scene, I was banned. This previous one marks the second most severe, but only like the third one this year. Unfortunately I was not banned inside the arena this time around again. I've only been banned in the arena twice, of my estimated 30 bans. A couple of reasons for this could include: the op didn't want me to know who he/she was (probably because I would block him/her from AIM like I do all others in their situation, and no one wants to be blocked by Cheese! ::pokes Lo5::), or possibly the spineless bards didn't want to wait for me to go back into the arena and say anti-CoC stuff like "heys" or "I'm not demi priest anymore". Either way, my password was probably changed to something negative like "idontlikeu" or "ih8cheese" like it has been in the past. Sooo....

If you want to steal Cheese from me, this is your lucky day! All you have to do is insert my name "Cheese" and try guessing my new password (try "fuckyou" or "koraxisgod") and if you get it, he's yours! Previous passwords are "goaway" and "goldop" so don't bother trying those again.

Be Prepared

For the triumphant return and immediate re-banning of Cheese is coming to your hometown once again! Witness as I enter the arena, do absolutely nothing, and receieve years of sanctions for it! Unfair you say? Too bad! But seriously, it's a site to see. Let's all hope you're there for it, it may not happen again for another 2 months!

In other news, I've decided to make another site, being a personal one. Yes we've all heard that before, but THIS time.. I mean it. Really. Well it'll probably happen. That much I know.

What? You want a picture? Fine.
